Very easy to book and we've been on your ferry and it's excellent. Looking forward to our August trip on OK Ferry

Very informative and efficient booking process. Thanks from a solo female NZ traveller aged 60!!

Rapide et bon rapport qualité prix

Schnell, unkompliziert, deutsche Sprache

Im very satisfied with your service.

Great service I missed my first ferry and they exchanged my ticket for a later ferry without a problem. Thanks

First class all round,my first attempt on this site and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was, would certainly recommend to all.

Hervorragende Menüführung Einfache Handhabung So sollte es immer sein

I was surprised that after booking the tickets i found out that there was an additional booking fee of 20+euro payment for 2tickets, a big amount that was equivalent to the payment for one ticket. This should be mentioned at the beginnning!

Dear Customer, we kindly inform you that our booking fee has charged as compensation for the management of the ticket request since Ok-Ferry.com is an intermediary between ferry company and consumer. This cost is clearly stated in the total estimate, desplayed before the confirmation and the payment request. Available for more additional information, the Staff of Ok-Ferry

Easy navigation and payment process, clear ferry times and information relevant to departure and arrival destinations

Service efficace.

good service, fair price, could have the response faster.

Clear set of destinations and routes, easy to book the tickets.

When I entered my Italian phone number the website would not allow me to continue. It said to fill in blank spaces but then would freeze up so I would have to start again. If I left the form the way auto fill did it, with my US phone number, it allowed me to continue. Otherwise a great website and very easy and convenient to navigate.

Die Suche wurde gut ausgeführt, war übersichtlich.

Easy to use online service. Hopefully everything goes smoothly when it is time to use the ferry.

Excellent service , thanks very much for your assistance in booking

Easy to book

OK Ferry presented a very easy way to book our water ferry travel from Amalfi, Italy to Positano including a return ticket! We received prompt confirmation of our reservation and vouchers via email that will enable us to exchange them for tickets on arrival. We are looking forward to a wonderful day.
