After I received confirmation of payment, I was surprised to find a 10Euro service charge. This was not shown during my order. I had visited the Sardenia Ferry Company's website directly to view their offer. Their price was the same so I decided to continue with you. In order to offer more transparency, please inform the customer in advance that you would be charging a service charge.

Dear Customer, we apologize for your negative experience. we would like to inform you that the booking summary and all related costs are desplayed during during online reservation. Best regards, Traghettilines

Really was very easily and fast to take a tickets.

Merc

Everything seems great. Fast service in booking. Thanks for the straight forward information.

Very easy to find departure ports and destinations and booking the tickets was a breeze

Excellent service !!! Easy and clear to use, very friendly and supportive. Also supported change request.

Excellent service!

Réservation facile -

Great service but let down badly by the port staff - no signs, no gate/berth info on the day - basically a free-for-all at the dockside

Dear customer, we are sorry for the inconvenience that you had the day of the boarding but we are a travel agency and and we don't deal with the check in at the pier, we take your feedback into account and forward it to the shipping company. Kind regards Traghettilines

VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE

Web site was easy to use

Voll zufrieden, jederzeit wieder.

Fast, Easy Service

Possibly one of the most helpful desks ever encountered. I reserved tickets from NYC, and I obviously messed it up... within 5 minutes my cell rang, and a super nice woman helped me book what I needed and in 5 minutes I was done. She also saved me a bunch of money ;-) Thank you so much!!! Gabriele

Gut gemachter Buchungsdurchlauf. Auch das Transportmittel Fahrrad enthalten. Fehlt oft in anderen Portalen

Excellent service. Easy to use. Really looking forward to the trip.

Service rapide et impeccable !

Very easy and efficient website

Easy to use website, clear and concise booking instructions.

Everything went smoothly. Thanks!

Easy online ordering and prompt email replies

Awesome very easy to book!

Quick and easy

Easy to use booking engine and covers all ferry options. Shame Caremar only provides a confirmation and not the boarding pass as well, to save time pre-departure.

Agil y seguro. En menos de 24 horas recibimos los billetes. Gracias

Todo muy bien y muy claro.

Service was very easy to use.

Simple & fast

Simple et efficace

I found the online system a bit confusing. Had to go through a few steps to purchase. Took me a min up to figure out where and when to enter credit card info as you make the reservation it does not ask for it. It was all fine in the end!

Service was excellent easy to book and ticket vouchers were through very quickly I would use this ferry service again

Sehr gut, vielen Dank. Ansonsten wunderbar.

Easy and straight forward great setup thank you

Very easy to use.

My first touch with OK Ferry and I am just suprised, how quickly and easy I was proceeded our ferry tickets. Great job!!!!! And of course for reasonable price at this time of the year. Thank you for smooth choosing ferry lines... Filip

La gestión ha sido muy rápida

Site facile d'utilisation, bonne prestation.

It was easy to book. I do not like that my reservation got cancelled because I didn’t see this email and did not review.

Tickets were not what we wanted. Cancelled and was charged within 10 minutes !!

Dear Customer, following an audit it appears that the booking was requested online. Anyway the tickets have been canceled and the refund will be made with no penalties. Best regards, staff Ok-ferry

Merci
