The website was very easy. One of the last steps changed to Italian for the payment which made me nervous. It all worked out and I got my tickets. Looking forward to taking the ferry in October and I will write another review.

Cordialement, l' Equipe d'Ok-Ferry

Easy and efficient process - received my tickets with in a matter of minutes. Would be even better if you could book multiple journeys in the same transaction.

Easy and straightforward to find and book ferries from Naples to Sorrento and return. I would recommend this service. Amelia Turner, Western Australia

Very good

Katastrophaler Buchungsvorgang.

I am satisfied with the service you provided, however I have only one observation: I am from Costa Rica and this country isn't available within the country options when asked where I was from. I hope I won't have any trouble getting on the ferry because of this. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Very easy and professional.

Estem satisfets del servei d'OKferry. Tornarem a comptar amb vostès. gràcies.

Super

MUY INTUITIVO Y RÁPIDO

Very clear and easy to book.

It is not clear how to handle after the booking. What is the adress, what gate, etc. The extra fee for luggage is not necessarie

Great through the booking process!

Bien! Es rápido y eficaz.

Awesome service, tickets were easy to buy print and use!

easy and quick to book

Excelent

Very easy and convenient way to book transportation to other cities.

Site could be a bit more modern but otherwise a pleasant experience

very good

Schnelle buchung möglich mit tief Preisen

Einfach, unkompliziert und bestens gelaufen. Das kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Hola - Pages work well, simple, easy and fast

Very easy to use

Hello, Ordering tickets was very simple only little confusion was with an email stating I needed to go to a secure website to purchase tickets but I had already received the other email with the tickets. Just had to double check the booking # to confirm this was the same vendor and not a fraud of some sort. But I'm happy with the process.

Hat sehr gut funktioniert, bin sehr zufrieden.

Swift and easy transaction. Smooth sailing, departed and arrived on time. Would book again.

Very efficient, and nice that things could be translated to English.

Réservation simple et rapide. Site très facile d'utilisation.

A little confusing, price should not include baggage.

parfait !

Easy to reserve!!!

Booking process highly efficient through website.

+ Very quick and easy to book. - Last moment for check in only shows on ticket after booking process. Now I'll have to rush from the airport to be in time.

Sehr gute Seite, perfekt

The ordering procedure was quick and easy, and I specially appreciated the rapid and personal respons when I asked a question.
