Bonjour, Je réserve 2 traversées en une fois pour me rendre compte à la réception des documents que je recevais un bon de réduction de 75€ avec la première réservation et ce pour la prochaine traversée!!! Donc toujours réservé une traversée à la fois Résultat perdu 75€, j'aurais choisi différemment si j'avais su!!! Très en colère pour le coup!!!!

Online Booking fast and efficient.The booking fee is high.Its should be have 2 diffrent ticket counter service at Sorrente port.1 for client online booking to exchange their boarding pass,other for those without reservation.Please feedback this problem to the CAREMAR management..Thank you

Excellent service as when I originally booked, transaction failed and then I did not have time to re-book but I was called and the person explained that return ferry was fully booked but we re-organised the return on the phone and it was all very easy, so thank you for your attention.
