You offered tickets, I have got vochers, not tickets. thats a totally different story. very expensive administrative costs, only vochers not tickets, thus you have to go to the ticket office, very poor and time consuming process

The website was quite easy; however one thing I would say is that I am not well versed in Italian and the outward ferry confirmation was Italian .. which is understandable but I would have a selection for language;the website is very efficient and easy to navigate.
